Important update for non-U.S. Vera users:

To everyone who has used our app: thank you so much! 

Unfortunately, soon we will no longer be able to support the use of the Vera by Bloomscape app outside of the United States. Please continue reading for more information on how this may affect your use of the app.

Until when I can use the Vera app if I am not located in the U.S.?

The Vera app will be removed from the non-US App Store and Google Play Store on November 1st, 2020. After this date, app updates will also no longer be available outside of the US.

Can I save and export my data from the app?

Yes! With the release of App Version 2.0, we introduced the ability to download your data. We understand that you may have many months worth of plant care data that you would like to continue to keep record of, so we are allowing users to retrieve and keep this data.

Please open your app, navigate to the settings, and tap “Download Data”. We’ll send a file that contains your plant photos and notes to the email provided within 48 hours.

On November 1st, 2020, the app will be removed from international app stores and you will no longer be able to receive app updates. Before this date, be sure to update your app to Version 2.0 to request a data download.

Why is international use of the app no longer supported?

At Bloomscape, we believe that by providing the best quality plants, knowledge, and support, we can make plant parenthood approachable & enjoyable for plant lovers of all levels.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have the resources to provide that same experience to international users.
