Your Kit will grow best in partial to full sun where the plants can receive at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight. During the warm weather months when the sunlight is most intense, they might need some protection from over-exposure.
Provide these plants with plenty of water two to three times a week, allowing for adequate drainage. During hot and dry times, more watering may be required, and during rainy times, less watering may be needed. Be sure to avoid splashing water on the foliage and blooms when watering, as this can cause diseases.
Fertilize every two to three weeks using a liquid fertilizer or add a slow-release fertilizer every four weeks to the soil according to instructions.
To encourage new flower growth on your Geraniums, remove spent blooms in a practice known as deadheading. Removing the dead flowers will help promote additional growth throughout the season. Calibrachoas and Bidens do not typically require deadheading, but if they start getting leggy or stretched out, feel free to trim the flowers and foliage back to promote growth.
