Can you return plants? No.
At this time, Bloomscape does not accept returns on plants, but we do guarantee every plant will arrive in great condition, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. (Please note: Repotting your indoor plant into a new container within the first 30 days will void the guarantee.)
If your plant or pot arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please have your order number and photo of your damaged plant ready. Then, let us know via the form below so we can ship a replacement for you as soon as possible.
If you purchased your plant more than 30 days ago, not to worry! We’re here to help you with all your plant questions or concerns! (Please note: We are unable to process refunds after 30 days.)
Can you return care products? Yes.
We take great care in selecting the best products for our customers that will help support and enhance your plant life. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged plant care tools and accessories within 30 days of arrival. Please note that a $7.00 return shipping and restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.
Can you return apparel? No.
All apparel sales are final. We do not accept returns on these items, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and tote bags. Please be sure to look at the size guides provided for each specific product before completing your purchase.
Can you return gift cards? No.
All physical gift card and e-gift card sales are final.
