Attending a Virtual Workshop? Here’s all you need to know before you go.

How do I access a workshop?

All you need is internet access to join our virtual workshops! Instructions on how to join the session will be provided in an email three days prior to your workshop date. If you have trouble accessing your workshop session, you may contact us at [email protected]. All ticket sales are final.

What supplies will I need?

For most workshops, all you will need is yourself, your computer or phone (with Zoom enabled), and a notebook if you choose to take notes! Some of our workshops may be a bit more hands-on, and in those instances, we will send you specific material instructions. Of course, even if you’re joining a hands-on workshop, you’re always welcome to just observe!

Are the tickets per-person or per-household?

Workshop tickets are “per-device”, or per-household, no matter how many people join.

Why do I need to provide a shipping address?

Don’t worry! Your workshop information won’t be shipped to an actual address. It will be emailed to you. These fields are in place in case you are ordering both a virtual and a physical item (like a plant or pot). Please feel free to put your personal billing or shipping address here.

What if I can’t make the workshop?

Reach out to us! We will be able to send you a recording of the session.

Can I purchase multiple tickets?

Yes! You can definitely purchase multiple workshop tickets at once. Feel free to add as many to your cart as you’d like. However, all tickets will be delivered to the same one email address. Once you’ve received your tickets via email, we recommend forwarding them to your lucky gift recipients.
