White Petunia, Lobelia, and Silver Licorice Combination Kit Care

Featuring a variety of white blossoms, this Combination kit includes White Petunias (Petunia Double Wave White) and White Lobelias (Lobelia Magadi Basket White) accompanied by the delicate green foliage of Silver Licorice (Helichrysum Licorice Silver). These plants enjoy plenty of sunshine and are tolerant of heat, so place them in a sunny spot and enjoy the bright blossoms that follow.

LIGHT

Your Kit will grow best in partial to full sun where the plants can receive at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight.

WATER

Provide these plants with plenty of water as they do not like to dry out completely; water just before the soil is dry. During hot and dry times, more watering may be required, and during rainy times, less watering may be needed. Be sure to avoid splashing water on the foliage and blooms when watering, as this can cause diseases.

FOOD

Fertilize 1–2 times a month using a liquid fertilizer or add a slow-release fertilizer to the soil according to instructions.

ADDITIONAL CARE

To encourage new flower growth on your Petunias, remove spent blooms in a practice known as deadheading. Removing the dead flowers will help promote additional growth throughout the season. White Lobelias do not typically require deadheading, but if they start getting leggy or stretched out, feel free to trim the flowers and foliage back to promote growth. Be sure to fertilize regularly.
