Trending Indoor Plants For 2022

In our humble opinion, there’s no better way to kick off a new year than with a beautiful new indoor plant… or three.

Here are our trendiest indoor plants at the outset of 2022.

Kangaroo Fern

As relaxed as its native continent

Kangaroo Ferns are hopping into everyone’s hearts and homes in 2022, thanks to their zany green leaves and easy-going personality.

While this fun little epiphyte loves moist, humid environments, it will survive an occasional missed watering. And while it does prefer bright, indirect sunlight, it can also adapt to lower-light conditions. Crikey!

Chinese Fan Palm

A gust of beauty in any home

The Chinese Fan Palm is tropical and robust with dramatic fronds that fan out in stylish and decorative ways—hence the name.

Chinese Fan Palms are relatively easy to care for, making them suitable for everyone. They prefer bright, indirect light if possible, but are fairly flexible and will enjoy most naturally lit rooms. Regarding water, wait until the soil is almost completely dry before giving them a generous glug.

Ficus Danielle

She’s ready for her close-up

Tall, stately, and beautiful, Ficus Danielle is a very easy-going plant that thrives in most environments and requires very little attention beyond the occasional watering.

You’ll love your Ficus Danielle’s coiff of waxy green leaves and vertical, braided trunk. With an equally beautiful pot, this plant is ready for the red green carpet.
